I think we need to eat it prepared by someone who really knows how to do it. I hated lamb my whole life, then I worked for a chef who really knew how to prepare it. I was amazed.

I love love love lamb!! but found lamb is very different based on where they’re ranched or whatever it’s called. New Zealand lamb is the best. The rest is ok at best.
