I think like others have posted it’s the “religious” part of religious Jews that triggers his venom. Secular Jews probably don’t bother him much.

He hates all people who are religious, but his rants against Judaism are based on the old stereotype of the “well-poisoning, gentile-baby-eating” “Talmudic” Jew of medieval folklore.

He fits the old Jewish stereotype of the “drunken gentile peasant” very neatly.
