I live in NW Pa. I know exactly what you are talking about. People are going to believe what they want. But if you want to get some kind of gun control legislation passed telling people that you are going to take their assault rifles is not the way to do it. I think there are a lot of Republicans that are very dissatisfied with Trump and would consider voting for a democrat if they were a little more moderate than some of the Dems running. Taking guns from people who already own them is the ultimate government overreach and is a losing proposition. Just my opinion.
