It’s all dark meat. Not for everyone, and I’m not even certain I will like it tonight. The last time I even ate it was was restaurant Peking Duck, before that Orange Duck.

I’ve had Peking duck and liked it. That’s why I made it. I’ve made goose, too. I’ll take a pass on both. At least at home.
