What is Israel’s longer term solution for this? I mean, they can’t exterminate all the Pallies, vermin though they are. They can’t move them all to some other place where they would be less of a threat. What do you do with a population of millions on your border who hate you more than they love their own children? What do you do with violent Jihadi savages who love death the way we love life?

The only answer I can come up with is quarantine them. The wall has been great in keeping them away from civilized people who they seek to kill by suicide bombing, but it can’t stop the rockets which are getting more and more capable of hurting and killing more and more people. The Israelis cannot keep them quarantined for ever. So what can be done?
