Yes. Not only that, but a shifting of our military as well. While we must cut spending, I think we can still keep up with China given we are efficient. This will require bureaucratic changes at the DoD to cut the stunning amount of bloat.

We also must more fully develop our future weaponry, as well as begin covert support to Western Regions.

As one can tell, I’m a hyper-realist on China.

What it would require is major changes to the procurement process, and an reduction in it being used as a pork trough for Congress. However, making that change would be difficult, since it would entail thousands of Americans losing their jobs during the reorg.
