You will notice the fake quote from Snowden that I mentioned earlier. It puts blame for the murder on the USA. After the murder Kadyrov also hastened to issue a statement on his Instagram in which he blamed the Western intelligence services for the murder. This was even reported in Russia’s official state newspaper:
