Woman in Michigan Charged After Shooting at Fleeing Shoplifters

On Tuesday, Ms. Duva-Rodriguez was charged with one count of reckless use, handling or discharge of a firearm. The shoplifting suspects initially escaped, but two men were arrested in the case several days later.
