I’ve never liked the “more than 5 ingredients” restriction. I understand what it is driving at, but, a stew is going to have more than 5 ingredients, and so on.

I took the five ingredients to mean in processed food being purchased, not what you are cooking at home ‘cause a five ingredient max on home prepared food is duummmbbbbbb and mostly impossible if you’re doing much of anything ‘sides meat and potatoes.
