Morning Lizards, happy friday. Not to distract from the absolutely glorious trainwreck that is the #TedCruzSexScandal it appears I have become dependent on nasal spray. Anyone ever have this issue? Any tips to get off it?

That happened to me when I was pregnant a few decades ago. My dependence and stuffed up nose went away as soon as I gave birth. Doubt that that will work for you.
