OT: I just started looking into refinancing my mortgage. Current interest rates are only 1% lower than my current rate but if I refinance ($1,000 fee) my payment drops by $373! Am I calculating it wrong? It just sound too good to be true.

I’ll bet that you can make them drop the $1,000 fee.
