I stand corrected. If the pellet gun was capable of killing a person, then an attempted murder charge would be appropriate.

I mean, I’d agree with ya if it was a BB gun or something that would never penetrate flesh, but when I hear ‘pellet’ it’s really no different than using a real gun in terms of using air to push a bullet intended to penetrate and do damage.
