The author claims its a Talmudic passage meaning “Kill the best Gentiles”. I have no idea if it does or doesn’t, if the quote is authentic, or what its context is.

This loon claims its his “life work” and that (shockingly) no publishing house would print it.

It sounds like an attempt to string together some Hebrew or Aramaic to sound like what he wants. “Tob” is like “Tov” which means good. “Shebbe” is not a word I recognize, although it sounds a bit like “sheva” or seven. “Goyim” means nations or gentiles and “Harog” would be “kill” in the imperative mood. So, it sounds like a dumb-ass attempt to say, “Good. Kill seven gentiles.” I did not find this in the two pages of Talmud that I examined, needless to say.
