Correct. Trump never even matched Romney’s % of the vote in 2012 of just over 47%. But Trump appealed to white voters without college degrees, who were overrepresented in key swing states like Ws, Mi and Pa. They didn’t vote for Romney, who reminded them of their boss who downsized them.
