So…did I hear this correctly? I was just listening to Lars Larson, and he talked about there being the requirement in this bill for an energy audit by the feds before anyone will be able to sell a house. If it’s not up to the standard they’re imposing, you’ll have to spend money to get it up to code before you will even be allowed to put it on the market.

Has anyone else heard about this?
