Although most wouldn’t go as far as the Phelps family and actually say “God hates America”, a lot of these people really view the prevailing culture of their own country as a contaminant. ‘Do you want your children to be part of the culture of Sodom and Gomorrah that has overtaken this one beautiful country - or would you rather they were kept separate, clean, strong?’

My best guess is about half of them feel this way. The other half are just jumping on the bandwagon.

Next week/month/year they’ll be on to something else.
