This really would be a good opportunity for Comey to call Hillary and finally issue that apology he’s owed her since July of 2016, now that he knows what it’s like to be cleared of criminal wrongdoing and yet treated like the worst scum for breaking department regulations.

The 800 lb gorilla in the room that the IG report on Comey studiously ignores is that internal FBI/DOJ procedures are inherently incapable of dealing with a president gone rogue.
