Basically the business anchor pointed out that the “shareholder participation” stuff linked to the government plan on pay/compensation etc. is an outdated model, as most stocks are held by mutual funds and so on, which are arms length orgs.

Like most Democrat ideas, it plays well on the air, but has little to do with reality.
