That can be true from the right horizon that you see. There is an Internet cottage industry, much of it admittedly a scam, that declares that “The Rule of Law is dead” and recommends that patriots make lists of local LEO, government bureaucrats, and other ‘takers’ against the day. Most of it is BS, but the volume is high and there are dimwits listening. It’s no great leap from the klan to McVeigh, to a guy stuffing envelopes with ricin.
