Old people on the road are nowhere near as dangerous as the under 21-25 crowd.

They certainly win the willfully reckless douchebaggery awards, but when older drivers fail, it tends to be in a frighteningly spectacular manner:

Customers at a cycling shop in California escape serious injury after an 86-year-old woman accidentally drives her car into the premises.

Video at link. There is practically no daylight between the old woman’s speeding SUV and those customers who very nearly got flattened!
