when i was in copenhagen (pronounced in danish as “cobnhum”) i was asked if i wanted “everything” on my frikadeller sandwich

“everything” in regard to a frikadeller sandwich turned out to consist of sweet pickle slices and rotkohl

What does a “frikadeller” sandwich contain? Apart from sweet pickle slices and rotkohl (red cabbage?)
