Like I noted last night, even if Gray had a pre-existing injury, the “eggshell skull rule” would be in effect. You can’t argue in court that you had no idea that the guy you killed by first tackling him to the ground and then bouncing him around in the back of a van was previously injured. You take him as you found him.
