This is Deval Patrick redux. Anyone who wants to see what running a hopeychangey campaign gets you should spend a little time here in MA.

The moonbats here all swooned over his “Together We Can” motto and soaring rhetoric just like the moonbats all around the country swooned over The One.

But the state legislature has to balance the budget, so we don’t have pork fests here. Instead, they’re trying to tax everything they can. Candy, soft drinks, etc.
They’ve cut local aid, but won’t change the law so unions can no longer veto having town employees put on the cheaper state health insurance. (The smaller the pool, the higher the premiums; putting all municipal workers on one system would save money, but right now, the unions can veto it)
