Is there more of an obsession with phony role-playing among gays than in society at large, or is it just that it attracts more attention from gawkers?

I find gay guys more normal than frat boys talking about women like they’re something to be conquered.

I don’t know why you call it ‘phoney role-playing.’ Can you explain?
