North Dakota bill pushes drug tests for welfare recipients

Several Republican lawmakers are pushing the measure, which also would require applicants of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program to pay for the drug testing themselves before getting assistance.

So, to get around the fact that these scams are a huge waste of taxpayer dollars, they want to make the people who need welfare shell out the money to pay for a bullshit test before they can get the assistance they qualify for.
