I’m glad to see Richard Dawkins getting some pushback for his hateful misogyny and Islamophobia.

There’s a whole shit show going on right over Dawkins’ latest series of tweets. It got him disinvited from an upcoming skeptics conference. The run down is here.

I’ve never got around to reading any of Dawkins’ books. I’m kind of glad I didn’t now, seeing what kind of clueless asshole he’s become. It sucks, too, because there’s always an undercurrent of “Heh, fuck those atheists, God is showing us they’re terrible” whenever he fucks up.

It’s amazing how many people view him as the leader of every non-believer in the world, when it takes less than five minutes to show more and more people are washing their hands of him.
