I see some HR crap above so I’ll post a story.
Worked with a guy, head of HR. He was there from day one so they gave him a cushy job. (I’m not saying HR is cushy but this one was) He wrote a letter to a 21 year old mechanic, work related. (kid is a whiz) We graded it. He got a “D” or an “F”.

I’m now self employed and work at home. This is the kind of HR memo I get these days…..
