I posted a link the other day of a California poll that shows Trump on tract to lose California as badly as anyone has since the Civil War. No region of the state was about 38% on the question of “inclined to re-elect”. And even among Republican voters it was like 60/40 as to whether it’d be a bad thing for someone to challenge him.

And California as you know used to be a swing state and a starting place for many a GOPer.
