Just for how long should the government prevent evictions and foreclosures? It’s distorting the rental and real estate markets insanely. Despite a recession and pandemic, rental prices haven’t dropped and housing prices are through the roof. It’s not sustainable, and the further down the road the can gets kicked, the worse the fallout will be.
