I loosely follow Marcy at emptywheel (loosely because her posting is so detailed that it often escapes me and so I just skim) but I’m getting the idea that the Durham investigation isn’t entirely on the up and up.

Yes, she certainly has been beating the drum on that issue. Something that I have not seen in the rest of the media.

She has also been pointing out the ways that Durham’s litigator has been ignoring the Judge’s rulings and bringing in data that had been ruled out of bounds.

In a normal legal environment, I would have assumed that any trail errors or misbehavior would be caught on appeal.

In these current days of legal Calvinball, I have no idea what is going to happen.
