Well I’m sorry to say this. Biden acted like this was a 7th grade debate not a debate for the 2nd most powerful person in the world. His behavior was off putting to me.

Although I do agree that Biden’s laughing and rolling his eyes was distracting I still think he won the debate. I thought this was an interesting article…

These are highly choreographed events. It’s entirely possible Biden’s antics were setting the stage for a more energized Obama in the next debate.
