Tidy, yes. But when the Senators representing a little over 10% of our population can block anything they want, tidy begins to lose its attraction.

Just start combining/splitting states to get a more equitable/sensible set of divisions. Who cares about history, we can print new books and DelaMaryLand will have always been in existence!
