I used to get a little bit of that rolling problem when trying to post through a slowly-loading thread. Is the hamster wheel turning somewhere? (You did the obvious, like tightening the video and other cables.)

different keyboard now…it’s not capping out now, but my scroll is still fucked up?…how can that be? a coincidence?….no spinning wheels
