Corporations keep looking for cheaper and cheaper labor; that can wind up a dead-end eventually until the process ends up where it began, albeit w/even lower wages for the same work in the same location and pushing wages lower everywhere in a repetitious pattern.

Unfortunately, tax havens will endure as long as countries allow it and are able to undercut each other while charging their own citizens for the “privilege” of shredding the social construct and suffering a failure to thrive under constantly shriveling wages and higher costs of living.
