Data is useful. Especially when you deliver services. As the government does.

And as stated, I understand that
# of kids in a district (schools ,, playgrounds,, )
# of seniors (senior centers ,, gov’t type health clinics ,,)
What difference does their gender and race make? Does a district get MORE money because out of the 100 kids 1/2 are caucasian as opposed to another district that only has 25%?

THATS what the unrest and unease is about (in the majority of instances)
