That’s not the argument. I keep saying what’s in bold, myself.

The argument is specific to Michele Bachman. I’m only saying she’s given no reason to trust anything coming out of her trap. Not about traditional family values, not about what she supposedly knows about parenting, not about these 23 people she allegedly “raised”, not any of those conservative bona-fides.

We see what she says about her own family who is gay (/eyeroll, how many times have I heard that worn-out old “they’re not very gay” line). Why trust she’d do well by any foster kid gay or otherwise non-conforming?

I can see this is very close to your heart so I’ll bow out……. I’m just saying we can’t possibly know how her 23 turned out. We can speculate, we can guess, but we don’t really know.
