Kelly will give the Duggars a platform upon which to argue that they totally screwed up, but hey, it was an “honest mistake” that any parent could make. That yeah, they lied their asses off, but it was only to protect their son who they were afraid “the government” would take away from them and toss in a nuthouse when all he needed was some understanding and care so he could get right with God again. Then she’ll bring in the girls who will inform Kelly that the reports don’t tell the whole story, that Josh has apologized and they’ve forgiven him, and so long as God forgives him then it’s all good. And they’ll close the whole segment by hoping that, now that “their side” has been told, people can understand that the Duggar clan has put this all behind them and so should America. Oh, and call TLC to get their show back on the air, because they’ve got more “story” to tell.
