Nope, realistic assessments of the risk.

1. Do they have a delivery system ?
2. Have they learned to downsize a warhead.
3. Can they fit a war head to the missile and guide it to the target.

So far they don’t have even have number 1.
Given the limited optioned that don’t risk a attack on South Korea, we’ll wait a bit.

How about Iran?
