I thought this was a pretty interesting article and good advice. I learned about assertiveness v aggressive behavior 40 years ago. People still don’t understand the difference, though.

I’ve always thought that the most interesting men were non-alpha types. Alphas can be very predictable; sometimes you almost know they are alphas just by their occupation to which they tend to gravitate.
