Ok, I’m gonna ask for advice. Dude leaving our company has been the base of the estimating. The rock. I’m not taking his place, I’m just the new one. I found out today that this dude, the rock of the estimating dept makes the same as me. :( they hired me really high. Now I need to learn & become proficient (I’m not YET). But wtf do I do…I deserve a raise!
