You know, with the Olympics on and all this international stuff going on, it really got me thinking: Americans really are a pretty remarkable people. I know we’ve been focusing a lot on the racist and xenophobic aspects of America lately, but as a melding of other cultures, we’ve proven to be pretty versatile and staunch champions of liberty, in general. Overall, I’m still proud to be an American and proud of my country.
