I know this will sound really crass, but I would love to counter all the pictures of bloody fetuses with pictures of what a six-year-old’s body looks like when bullets tear through it.

Just hit ‘em with the story of ‘Genie’ - one of the most appalling cases of child abuse I’ve ever heard about.

Even the rather clinical and detached Wikipedia entry is enough to make my hair stand on end.
