I reroofed my house…an enormous cape cod with three dormers…I could not do it alone, so I hired a couple of Manpower type guys…I stripped the entire roof myself and they did all the cleanup…I cleated and set walk boards and they loaded all the shingles for me…it was an 8/12 pitch, pretty steep…I wined them and dined them and gave them a fat bonus…I could not have done it without them…those two ragamuffin workers were outstanding…well worth the cost

Yeah, and if they’re from a real temp company, you’re probably covered on Workmens’ Comp, not true if you pick a crew from in front of Home Depot.
