The problem is Mitt has so many specific visions, and they change every few days depending on the audience.

Newt’s making the point that he can’t do that. That chameleon routine often works with sales and convincing people to invest money (I’ve pretended to be someone I’m not personality-wise when selling a good number of times), but it does not work in a political campaign.
