The Russians have their hooks reliably planted in Trump and his immediate circle, but they would not trust the Republican Party in general, not as long as characters like McCain and Graham are still lurking.
They are probably continuing to probe GOP files as we speak.

I would not be surprised to see some “leaks” come the midterms against Republicans seen as “unreliable.”
