So, I’m hearing on France24 that a battle royale is likely to erupt in the FN; Marine Le Pen wants to rebrand the party and FN is notorious for infighting, so we can likely expect a bloody and bruising battle for the future of that party.

In related news, Germany’s AfD seems to be well into the process of tearing itself apart……at the rate they’re going, they’ll end up like the NPD.

Good riddance.

As long as these guys are on the ascendancy, they at least try keep the infighting down to a dull roar.

But the AfD peaked in Germany, and faced with the choice of tempering their tone and drawing more supporters or remaining true to their nationalist, xenophobic ideology, they opted for the latter.
