While I don’t support Obama Derangement Syndrome (nor agitating to score political points off the backs of peoples deaths), the Governor of Kentucky and his entire administration are Democrats, and I don’t think there is anything that could happen to cause them to condemn Obama, where as in Louisiana there is likely nothing Bush could have done not to be condemned.
