Kennedy has been the foil in many cases over the years. Part of his charm is that he isn’t dependable to vote straight party line. I’m with you and disagree with his vote in this case, but it is just one case.

Quality matters just as much if not more than quantity. When he does “vote straight party line”, it’s on cases that have hideously dangerous and long-term ramifications. I’m disgusted and quite frankly horrified that this conservative activist court seems beholden to pissing all over individual rights, while simultaneously extending the powers of police and corporations.
