Although I do not think anything improper would have to be done - aggressively investigating all the criming, aggressively enforcing the law, and pushing for sentences at the top end of guidelines, and NO FUCKING PARDONS would be sufficient.
I agree, arrest as many of them as quickly as legally possible, but I think being tried (or at least charged) in absentia would help convince the rest of the world that we are genuinely trying to clean up our mess.
I don’t think we could do this without having all three branches, so please let us have a long-coattails nominee.

Enough other Republicans are complicit in Trumpco crimes and the like that there would be little observable difference between following the trail of crime wherever it leads, and a legal decapitation of the Republican party.

The US Powers that Be would almost certainly not permit anything like that.
