what’s the fee for those of us who fish with dynamite?

The county game warden, Joe, heard a rumor that a local man, Fred, was dynamiting area lakes and scooping up the fish, which was horribly illegal. So the next time he sees Fred, he mentions that he has heard Fred’s fishing luck is pretty good, and asks if he can go along some time. “Sure thing!” says Fred. A few days later they are headed out onto the lake in Fred’s boat. Fred shuts off the motor, and the boat glides to a stop as Fred lights a cigarette. As the game warden watches, Fred pulls a stick of dynamite out of the well, and lights it off the cigarette. The game warden is horrified, and immediately tells Fred he is under arrest for illegal fishing methods. Fred watches as the fuse gets shorter, and then hands the warden the dynamite and asks, “Joe, you gonna talk, or are you gonna fish?”
